The Laverda Workshop is based on the racing experiences of Gijs van Dijk.
Gijs knows all there is to know about his Laverdas, uses them for races with his endurance team and, through racing, is constantly looking to optimise the two and three-cylinder concepts. He isn’t afraid to improve and modernise the design, but is staying true to the original.
Thanks to racing, the standard motorcycle is being improved all the time, but unfortunately, these developments at Laverda came to a standstill when the factory ceased production of the two and three-cylinder air-cooled engines.
For Gijs, The Laverda Workshop is the way of modernising Laverda motorcycles in terms of engine performance, road holding, riding behaviour, longevity and fuel consumption; or of combining the enjoyment of riding on an iconic motorcycle with today’s performance.
To enable you to experience this too, we are selling our Laverda parts and products as assembly-ready complete sets. Specialist assembly knowledge is required to guarantee the desired result.
